On 2026-09-08, Ondo discontinued minting of USDY on Aptos and Noble. USDY on Osmosis and Mantra, both bridged from Noble via IBC, is also affected. According to Ondo's announcement, holders with 1,000 USDY or more may bridge to another supported network or redeem at NAV with Ondo until 2027-09-08. Holders with less than 1,000 USDY may exit via third-party liquidity (Hyperion on Aptos, Osmosis for Noble) during a 90-day window ending 2026-12-07. The announcement states that USDY will remain fully backed throughout the process; no reason for the change was given.
