Methodology Reviewers
Every Philidor risk classification, per asset and per vault, carries a reviewer of record. These are review roles rather than personal bylines. Each row lists the role and the number of signed attestations authored under it. A signed attestation covers the exact version of a classification it was issued against, so a later revision is not covered until it is reviewed again, and a count of zero means there is no current signed attestation rather than that something failed to load. The ledger is append-only.
