Spark is a DeFi platform governed by Sky (formerly MakerDAO) offering three products: Spark Savings — ERC-4626 vaults (sUSDS, sDAI, sUSDC, spUSDC, spUSDT, spETH) that deliver the Sky Savings Rate to depositors across Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, and Optimism; SparkLend — a lending protocol forked from Aave V3 with triple oracle (Aggor: Chainlink + Chronicle + RedStone), governance-set fixed rates via the Direct Deposit Module, and a Kill Switch Security Module; and the Spark Liquidity Layer (SLL) — a smart-contract-governed ALM system with onchain rate limits enforced by the ALM Controller that deploys the capital funding the Sky Savings Rate across Aave, Morpho, Ethena, and Pendle plus RWA sleeves (BlackRock BUIDL, Superstate, Maple, Centrifuge).
